Background

Drug testing is a regulated field where customers need to find the right test, understand the process, and order and follow their samples. Provsvaret needed a website that is found in searches in several countries, and tools where their customers handle orders and results themselves.

What was built

  • The website in Swedish, English and Danish, with 19 service pages, guides and articles
  • Structured data, language alternates and redirects from old addresses
  • Booking with a choice of clinic, a contact form and a downloadable drug policy
  • The customer portal for lab requests, rapid tests and sample collections
  • A B2B shop for ordering tests and supplies
  • One shared platform for portal, shop and admin: database, sign-in and email
  • Each organisation only sees its own records, checked in every database query
  • Email in Swedish and English for sign-in, invites, bookings, orders and lab requests
  • Hosted in Stockholm, next to the database and storage
  • Over 340 automated tests for the data layer and sign-in
  • Sign-in with BankID and SITHS
