A pin board with real-time collaboration in two days.
untitled cards is a calm surface for notes, pictures, documents and the lines between them. The first commit was on 9 October. By the next day it had sign-in, cloud sync, shared boards where several people edit at once, and a paid plan on Stripe.
from first commit to a paid plan
several people edit one board at once
a month for untitled Plus
Background
Pin boards for thinking already exist, but most are either heavy team tools or simple apps that lose everything when you switch device. The goal was a board that's calm to use alone, works on a phone and can be shared when you want — without collaboration being what you pay to get started.
What was built
- A board with notes, framed pictures and films, a pen, and arrows between the cards
- Sign-in with an email link and code, and sync between devices
- Share links that can be read without an account, and editing once the owner approves
- Real-time collaboration with its own room server per shared board
- Phones get the board as a list, with quick add
- The frog that draws for you: AI doodles inked in live
- untitled Plus on Stripe, priced in your currency

Same hands, your product.
This is the same pace and the same care you get on subscription: one thing at a time, out when it's done, and you watch it happen while it's built.
