Order tests, at the right price.

The shop is built for companies, not for anyone: each customer sees its own catalogue and its own prices, orders in a few clicks and can follow or cancel the order afterwards.

emails that go out by themselves, to the customer and to Provsvaret

For customer companies ordering tests and supplies.

What it does

  • A catalogue for each customer, with per-customer prices recalculated on the server
  • Cart and checkout with VAT, and free shipping above a threshold
  • Order history, and cancelling an order
  • Order confirmations to the customer and new orders to Provsvaret by email

What it looks like.

Illustrations of the real screens, with made-up data. The app handles sensitive data, so no screenshots are shown. The interface is drawn in Swedish, as it is used.

  1. 01

    Signing in

No passwords to manage: a code by email, or BankID with a QR code. An account can be linked to BankID later.

  2. 02

    The cart

Prices are fetched from the server again in the cart and at checkout, so what is shown is what applies. Below the free-shipping threshold, it says how much is missing.

  3. 03

    The orders

Every order with its status, filterable by status and date. While an order is being processed the customer can cancel it themselves, and both sides get an email.

Step by step

  1. 1Sign in with an email code or BankID
  2. 2Pick a category and add to the cart
  3. 3Checkout is already filled in from the account
  4. 4Complete — the customer and Provsvaret each get an email
  5. 5Follow the order, and cancel it while it is being processed

Under the hood

  • The catalogue only holds products that have a price for the customer's organisation
  • The total is calculated on the server, not in the browser
  • Provsvaret's staff can sign in as the customer to help, with a clear banner
  • The same sign-in and database as the portal, from the shared platform

Let's build
the next thing.

You talk to me, not a salesperson. The first call is free.
